We are now conducting many of our office visits via telehealth (online with Video and Audio).
We are using ZOOM currently for these visits (www.zoom.com)
Patient Instructions:
SET-UP - Please do this first!
Mobile Phone / iPad - Download the mobile application on your device. (Android Link / Apple Link)
Laptop with Camera - Go to https://zoom.us/support/download to download the Zoom program.
TELEHEALTH VISIT
Mobile Phone / Ipad - Launch the Zoom Application on your device. Hit “Join a Meeting”
Laptop with Camera - Launch the Zoom application on your computer. Hit “Join a Meeting”
Next - we will give your the meeting ID.
On your mobile or iPad, make sure you allow for audio and video.
Once you have the Meeting ID and your JOIN MEETING, the video and audio should appear.
** If not video is showing, check the lower right and hit “Start Video” **
** Please make sure your volume is on and your video camera is enabled! **
